1. General Refund Rule

Because AiMaster.lk offers a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) and provides free trial uses upfront, all payments for monthly and annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, the digital AI processing limits are allocated to your account.

2. Cancellation

If you no longer wish to use AiMaster.lk, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Canceling prevents future automatic renewals. You will retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Exceptions for Technical Failures

We want you to have the best study experience possible. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in the following exceptional cases:

• Major Platform Outage: If AiMaster.lk experiences a severe, prolonged technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your billing cycle.
• Billing Errors: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a gateway or system error.

4. Requesting an Exception

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception under Section 3, you must contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge. Please email us with your registered email address, payment reference, and a detailed description of the issue.
